After putting out my first indie last May, it made me think if I should continue on doing a serial. It's not that I'm afraid of doing one, nor I'm scared of not selling out. It's because, it may be sad to admit but, there are a whole lot of better artists than me. I was there in UP for the Komikon Summer Fiesta, roaming around, looking at the works of my fellow artists. And I got to admit that they are damn good. I was flipping through their pages, and I was left in sheer awe upon seeing their work. It made made think: 'Can I pull off something like this?'

'I am thinking of something that will look like this. Can I pull it off?'

'What if I fail on telling a story?'

'What if the overall design I had in mind doesn't fit my story? Will that be a loss? Should I follow the trend?'


As I drift into these thoughts, I do the sketches for my serial. I'll do my best!

To those kids who declare themselves manga artists and say Ozamu Tezuka's work is shitty compared to their work, lemme tell you this:

Without Tezuka, you wouldn't be drawing in that style and that style wouldn't have evolved the way it is today. Be grateful.

Your works are nothing compared to his so you have no right to talk shit about him. Learn to pay your respects, you ingrates.

I have this dream that I was a Selecao, and I have with me one of those Noblesse phones. Someone came up to me and said that a girl I know is in danger and I have to save her. I used the phone to shoot down Tomahawk missles, get a cab, buy guns and stuff. When I reaxhed the Final Boss, the girl is dead. And I still can't remember her name, even though I remember her face clearly. I drew my gun off my coat and pointed it at the Boss. Just when I pulled the trigger, I woke up.

Shit was awesome.
